As a Creative Technologist, I worked on the end-to-end relaunch of TIFF.net. With a product team of 4 (Interactive Designer, UX Designer and 2 Creative Technologists working on Development) we completed an overhaul of the front end and CMS within the organization. The production time on the project was a swift 5 months from design through to shipping the product. Product management was shared amongst the team.
